1 DAY EFDA AND/OR XRAY CERTIFICATION COURSE TRANSFER FEE
If you are wanting to transfer to another Class Date for PART 2 of the Certification Course and it is less than 7 days before the Class Date you selected for Part 2, you must pay a $100 transfer fee.
Once we receive payment you must send us in writing via email a statement requesting to transfer to another class date and the date in which you would like to transfer.
