Payment in Full for the 12 Week Dental Assistant Training Program
Step-by-Step Registration for the 12 Week Dental Assistant Training Program
Step 1: Select the “ALL COURSES” tab on the Home Page of the website, select the “12 Week Entry Level Dental Assistant Training Program”, and click “Take this Course”.
Step 2: Add to your cart either the “Payment in Full” of $2795 or the $600 “Deposit”, along with any additional supplies you would like to purchase from the school for the Program.
Step 3: Select “Checkout” to complete the online registration process. Enter your billing/payment information, the student’s information, and then create a password for the account. Once all required information is added, select “Place Order“.
Step 4: After the payment has been processed, you then need to select a class date to “Enroll” in to have access to the course. After your payment has been processed, go to “ALL COURSES” at the top of the Home Page, select the “12 Week Entry Level Dental Assistant Training Program” (while logged into your account on the website)
- On a Desktop computer – available class dates will be listed on the right sidebar
- On a Mobile Device or tablet – available class dates will be listed at the very bottom of the page
Select “Enroll Now” on the class date you would like to register for. Once you see that the “Enroll Now” button is Green and says “Enrolled”, you have secured your seat in that class date and can start reviewing the Course and the Introduction Section.
Step 5: You will then select “My Courses” on the Home Page of the Website. The 12 Week Dental Assistant Training Program will be in “MY COURSES”, then select “Start Course” to go into the Introduction Section of the website to review the additional items we will need to submit to complete registration and review the Student Orientation video.
Important Registration Information:
Use your student email address as your username and the password you created at registration to log into the website.
Important: Write down your username (email) and password when you register. You’ll need them to log in.
Login Issues
If you enter the wrong username or password more than twice, the system will lock you out for 4 hours.

If this happens during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM), call the school, and we can unlock your account.

If this happens outside office hours, you’ll need to wait 4 hours before trying again. This security measure helps protect your personal information.
Course Access
Once you’re logged in:

Go to “My Courses”.

Click “Start the Course”

Review the Introduction Section, watch the Student Orientation Video, and print the required handouts.
Required Documents
In the Introduction Section, you’ll find a list of documents to submit within 3 business days.

Electronic Enrollment Agreement
- Payment Plan Agreement (only if you paid with the deposit)
You’ll receive the Electronic Enrollment Agreement and Payment Plan Agreement (if applicable) via email within 24 hours of registration. After signing, Adobe will automatically send it back to the school for review and signature. Once both parties have signed, you’ll receive a final copy via email for your records.

A copy of your ID

A copy of your High School Diploma or GED
- Proof of purchasing Professional Liability Insurance (directions on how to purchase this can be found in the Introduction Section on the website)
Note: If you don’t have your Diploma/GED, you will need to contact the school to schedule an entrance exam.
Failure to Submit Paperwork
If the Enrollment Agreement and required documents are not submitted within 3 business days, the system will remove you from the
Weekly Payment Information
If you choose to pay a $600 deposit instead of paying in full, you will be placed on a weekly payment plan.

Weekly Payments: $195 per week

Duration: 12 weeks

Due: Payments are due each week on your class day by 4:00 PM, beginning on the first day of class
How to Make Weekly Payments
You have two payment options:

Online by Credit or Debit Card

Go to the website, click “Add to Cart”, and select the $195 Weekly Payment option.

Bank ACH Transfer

Pay using your routing number and checking account number via our accounting software (QuickBooks).

A QuickBooks invoice will be emailed to students every Friday, showing their updated account balance. Keep in mind, payments are still due by 4:00 pm on your class day.
Important: It is the student’s responsibility to ensure payments are made on time each week, regardless of when the invoice is received.
