Step-by-Step Registration for the 12 Week Dental Assistant Training Program
Step 1:
Add the full payment or deposit for the program to your cart.
• Add any required supplies if purchasing from the school.
Step 2:
Once everything is in your cart, SELECT “CHECKOUT.”
Step 3:
Enter the billing person’s information (the person paying) first. Then enter the STUDENT INFORMATION.
Step 4:
Enter your payment details and SELECT “PLACE ORDER.” Your payment will process right away.
Step 5:
MUST “ENROLL” in the class date you want to attend.
• After the payment is processed, the system should take you to the COURSE PAGE to choose your class.
• If it doesn’t, there will be a “START COURSE” BUTTON on the confirmation page to go to the course page and select your date.
Step 6:
On the COURSE PAGE, choose the class date to attend. Once selected, it will show “ENROLLED” next to that class date.
*After completing the payment and choosing your class, you will have access to the course immediately.
Step 7:
Click “START COURSE” and review the INTRODUCTION SECTION. This section includes important information and required documents to submit.
Important Registration Information:
- Username and Password:
Use the student’s email as the USERNAME and the password created at Registration to log into the website.
PLEASE Write down the username/email and password you set up at Registration to use to log into the website. - Login Issues:
If you enter the wrong username or password more than twice, the system will lock you out of the website for 4 hours.
*If this happens during office hours (Mon-Thurs, 9am-5pm; Fri, 9am-3pm), call the school and we can unlock your account.
*If it’s outside office hours, you will have to wait 4 hours before trying again. This protects your personal information. - Course Access:
After logging into the website, go to “My Courses” and click “Start the Course” or “Continue Course” if you have previously accessed the course to review the Introduction Section, watch the Student Orientation Video, and print the required handouts. - Electronic Enrollment Agreement:
You’ll receive the Electronic Enrollment Agreement via email within 24 hours. Please complete the agreement within 3 business days to keep your seat.
After completing and signing, Adobe will send the Agreement back to the school for our review and signature. Once both parties have signed, you will be email a final copy for your records. - Additional Documents to Submit to the School:
In the Introduction Section will be a list of required documents to send to the school within 3 business days. Please email the school a copy of your ID and High School Diploma/GED. **If you don’t have your diploma, contact the school to arrange an entrance exam instead. - Failure to Submit Paperwork:
If the Enrollment Agreement and additional documents are not submitted to the school within 3 business days, the system will remove you from the course.
