You Are About to Begin the Online EFDA Quiz
This quiz consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. Select only one answer per question.
The questions on the Online EFDA Quiz are based on the material covered in EFDA Units 1–4. Students are encouraged to print the paper version of the quiz, which is located in the Introduction Section of the course. This printed version contains the exact questions that appear on the online exam and can be used as a study aid while reviewing the course material. However, all answers must be submitted online through the quiz portal. The paper copy is for study purposes only and may not be brought to class.
How to Begin

Scroll to the bottom of the screen.

Click “Start Quiz” to begin.

Carefully enter your answers for all 50 questions in one sitting. Students cannot select “Save for Later” as this will result in the students receiving a score of zero on the test.
Important: Do not click “Submit Quiz” until all 50 answers have been entered.
Your answers will not be saved if you leave the page or log out before submitting.
Submitting and Viewing Your Results

After completing all answers, click “Submit Quiz”.

The quiz will automatically be graded (this may take 2–4 minutes).

Do not leave the page until your results appear.

Your total score will be displayed at the top.
Reminder: Your quiz must be completed in one session. Exiting early will result in the loss of answers.
Passing Requirements & Next Steps

A score of 75% or higher is required to pass.

If you pass, you are ready for Part 2: The Clinical Hands-On Portion at our facility on the date you selected.

If you do not pass, you may retake the quiz once. Only one retake is allowed.

Do NOT bring your quiz results to class—your instructor will have access to your score.

DO NOT click “Finish Course” after completing the quiz.
You are not finished until you attend Part 2 at our facility.
Your attendance at the clinical session will automatically complete the course in the system.
