1-Day EFDA and/or Dental Radiology Certification Course — Transfer Fee Policy
If you request to transfer Part 2 of the certification course to a different class date within seven (7) days of your originally scheduled Part 2 date, a $100 transfer fee will apply.
After the transfer fee has been paid, you must submit a written request by email confirming:

Your request to transfer, and
-
The new class date you are requesting.
Transfers will be processed once both the payment and a written request via email have been received.
